Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The desire to participate in the study with written consent Age 60 and older Obtaining a score of at least 7 from the abbreviated mental test questionnaire Do not take medications of Neuropsychiatric drugs(Anti-depressant, Anti-anxiety) No addiction Ability to contact the researcher Lack of communication problem Lack of severe vision and hearing impairment Non-acute and debilitating illness
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal to continue to participate in the study Missing more than 3 sessions The deaths of research units Acute illness or hospitalization during the study Which prevents attending meetings
