Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Lower pole renal stone > 15mm Non-lower pole renal stone>20 mm Caliceal diverticular stone, Staghorn or partial staghorn stone Failed to response to SWL (Shock Wave Lithotripsy) Radiopaque or semiopaque renal stones in plain abdominal radiography
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Solitary kidney Abnormal renal function
