Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed diabetic patient using insulin pen referred to Ashrafi esfahani clinic At least 18 years old Owning an Android operating system based mobile phone and ability to work with it

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study Not having at least 40 MB of free memory in the smartphone for software deployment

Patient's knowledge on self-care. Timepoint: Before training and 3 months after training. Method of measurement: Questionnaire.;Patient's practice on self-care.
