Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 60 and above willingness to participate in the study with written consent lack of knowledge of the disorder based on the score of at least 7 and above of the cognitive shorter, at least study reading and writing, communication ability the progression of blood pressure by self-report and Also, the patient's medical records and the use of antihypertensive drugs (people who have a medication adherence score of less than 6 and a medication score of less than 13 and a medication concern higher than 13 a lack of mental disorders

Exclusion criteria
