Intervention 1: Intervention group: infants with grade 2 to 4 intraventricular hemorrhage on this ultrasound will be administered intravenous citicoline (Caspian Taamin) at a dose of 10 mg per kilogr

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The preterm neonates with gestational age less than 32 weeks or birthweight below 1500 grams Intraventricular hemorrhage grade 2-4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Asphyxia (5th minute Apgar score less than 7, blood gas with PH less than 7 and Base excess less than-16, encephalopathy) Brain structural disease Hyperbilirubinemia needs exchange transfusion Parents refusal for enroll the study
