Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Entry Requirements: Patients with abnormal hemorrhage present in a submucosal ultrasonography referring to the clinic of the Rasoul Hospital and who are candidates for myomectomy hysteroscopy are included in the study. Exclusion criteria:Thyroid disease; Cancer history; Coagulation disorders; Abnormal pap smear; vascular disease; High prolactin
