Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Citalopram tablet produced by Iranian Factory at dose 20-40 mg/day prescribed to patients. Intervention 2: Intervention group: Sertraline tablet produced by Iranian

Treatment - Drugs

Intervention group: Citalopram tablet produced by Iranian Factory at dose 20-40 mg/day prescribed to patients

Intervention group: Sertraline tablet produced by Iranian Factory at dose 50-100 mg/day prescribed to patients

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: depression diagnosis according to diagnosis of the doctor a total score on the HAMD more than 13 (mild to moderate depression)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: epilepsy, liver/renal/heart diseases, other psychological disorder had never been treated with SSRI current treatment with other antidepressants and all of CNS drugs from 6 months ago pregnancy and lactation addiction
