Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Working in the critical care units With at least 6 months of work experience Bachelor of Science in Nursing and higher degree
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No tendency to continue to participate in the study No participation in the educational session and empowerment process with any reasons participation in the same educational program during the last year obtaining score of 17 or higher on the pre- test
