Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Having a definitive diagnosis of non-specific back pain and a history of at least two years and no history of back surgery Age between 18 and 70 years The ability to communicate Existence of clear pain and loss of performance and confirmed by a doctor

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: suffering from known mental illnesses under treatment sensitivity and wounds in the target points of acupuncture and massage pregnancy skeletal abnormalities of the spine such as scoliosis other types of back pain except L5-L4 and S1-L5 discopathy in MRI

Pain level due to low back pain. Timepoint: Before starting study, after the intervention, one month after intervention. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale questionnaire.;Disability level due to low back pain. Timepoint: Before starting study, after the intervention, one month after intervention. Method of measurement: Roland Morris disability questionnaire.
