Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: addict patients? age of 20-60 years old? ASA I-II ?undergoing orthopedic operation Exclusion criteria: sevsre obesity? history of psychiatric disease? using palliative or psychedelic drugs? chronic pain and upper respiratory tract infection
