Intervention group 1: In this group, the endotracheal tube fixation is performed by the flexi care holder.
Intervention group 2: In this group, the endotracheal tube is stabilized with anti-allergic tape.
Control group: In this group, the endotracheal tube is fixed by the usual band used in ICU.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient satisfaction to participate in the study GCS <9 RASS= + 3=-3 Hospitalization in ICU. The vital signs are stable There are no maxillofacial anomalies
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patient intubation time is less than 24 hours.
