Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Circulation shift, age range 22-42, lack of physical illness or any condition that causes fatigue, having a bachelor's degree in nursing, non-use of certain drugs that are effective on fatigue Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the research, dissatisfaction or disgust with a particular color, having a physical illness
