Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: First injection of 1 g vancomycin as single dose and then 2 g per day for 2 weeks. Intervention 2: Intervention group 2: First injection of 1 gr vancomycin as sin
Treatment - Drugs
Intervention group 1: First injection of 1 g vancomycin as single dose and then 2 g per day for 2 weeks.
Intervention group 2: First injection of 1 gr vancomycin as single dose and then 15 mg/kg per day for 2 weeks.

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Age of 18 to 60 years; meningitis or endocarditis or sepsis or osteomyelitis with positive culture for staph or enterococci resistant to methicillin. Exclusion criteria: Hypersensitivity to vancomycin; renal toxicity; using aminoglycoside drugs concurrently.
