Intervention 1: Intervention group: one Zinc sulfate capsule (220 mg) daily for one month and then two zinc sulfate capsule (440 mg) daily for second months. Intervention 2: Control group: one placebo

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: History of at least 6 months hemodialysis for three time in week; sleep quality score lower than 5. Exclusion criteria: Zinc supplements usage; immunosuppressive drugs usage; history of psychiatric, cardiopolmonary and infectious disease in three past months.
