Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria: esophageal cancer; indication for transhiatal esophagectomy; not using corticosteroids; tending to participate in the study exclusion criteria: change in surgery program; use of cortons before surgery; need neoadjuvant therapy; three hole esophagectomy
