Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: women aged 18-45; Regular menstrual cycle; Pap smear or normal sonography Exclusion criteria: thyme allergy, gastrointestinal bleeding; Pregnancy; Taking hormonal medications or any effective drug on menstrual cycle such as oral contraceptive pills and aspirin; Hemoglobin above ten and a half; Iron intake
