Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female students in grades 1 through 6 of elementary school (from the end of 6 years to the end of 12 years—school age) Students must be in good physical and mental health, which requires approval from their parents and the school health care provider Parents are required to read and sign an informed consent form Students must be willing to participate in the study Parents must possess at least one smartphone to access the application

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parent's reluctance to install the application or uninstall it during the educational process Student transferring to another school Living with relatives instead of parents Use of medications that affect sleep

MeasureTime frame
Sleep habits score on the Children’s Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ). Timepoint: Evaluation of sleep habits scores at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and again three months post-intervention in both intervention and control groups. Method of measurement: Children’s Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ).
