Control group: Only the physiology serum is used in the channels
Intervention group 1: washing with 5 ml 2.5% sodium hypochlorite for 2 minutes, up to 2 mm apex
Intervention group 2: Washing with 5 ml 2.5% sodium hypochlorite for 2 minutes. Then, an LED with methylene blue with a concentration of 100 µg for 120 seconds is used.
Intervention group 3: Washing with 5 ml 2.5% Hypochlorite for 2 minutes. Then, an LED with Toluidine blue with 100 micrograms for 120 seconds is used.
Intervention group 4: Washing with 5 ml 2.5% sodium hypochlorite for 2 minutes. Then, an LED with curcumin with a concentration of 100 µg for 120 seconds is used.
Intervention group 5: Channels are filled with normal saline and the LED is activated for 120 seconds

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Maxillary single-root and human mandibular teeth that have been removed due to periosteum and Decay; Exclusion criteria: Not evolved root; Decay root or previous endodontic treatment; crack and curve more than 30 degrees;
