Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20-65 years old Meets the criteria for primary insomnia according to DSM-5 for 3 nights per week for 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic heart failure Cancer Sleep apnea Pregnancy Lactation History of severe allergic reactions to herbs

MeasureTime frame
Sleep pattern. Timepoint: Before the intervention, 4 weeks after the intervention is completed, and 8 weeks after the intervention is completed. Method of measurement: Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) questionnaire.;Sleep quality. Timepoint: Before the intervention, 4 weeks after the intervention is completed, and 8 weeks after the intervention is completed. Method of measurement: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire.

Urine sample metabolome. Timepoint: Before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: By Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry with the aid of stable isotopes.
