10 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women with secondary amenorrhea before the age of 40 Oligomenorrhea or amenorrhea for at least 4 months Elevated FSH level to more than 25 IU/L twice more than 4 weeks apart
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled hypothyroidism or other endocrine diseases Congenital problems of the genitourinary system Primary amenorrhea Hysterectomy and oophorectomy Endometriosis and other ovarian diseases Cancer Patients with contraindications to hormone therapy, such as coagulation disorders and history of thrombosis, blood pressure, coronary artery disease, liver disease, and family history of Brest cancer
