Inclusion criteria: Age 25-65 years BMI overweight (25-29.9)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Lactation Menopause Any underlying disease (pulmonary disease , cardiovascular disease, liver disease, cancer, etc.) Weight loss program during past 6 months

Weight. Timepoint: Before treatment, after 4 weeks, and after 8 weeks. Method of measurement: Digital scale.;Body mass index. Timepoint: Before treatment, after 4 weeks, and after 8 weeks. Method of measurement: Divide weight by height squared.
