Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 45-55 years old complaint of hot flash ( at least score 15 in kupperman index)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular accidents Diabetes mellitus Hypertension Neurological problem Cancer Procedure on ovaries Hysterectomy Cupping Acupuncture Homeopathy Application of drug to control hot flash especially hormone therapy in the past 2 months

Quality of life. Timepoint: Questionnaire completion at the beginning of study (before intervention) and 4 and 7 weeks after medicine intake. Method of measurement: MENQOL standardized questionnaire.;Severity and duration of hot flash.
