Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: gestational age 30-33 weeks Apgar score> 6 newborn admitted to one of the intensive care units of the hospitals lack of disease such as necrotizing enterocolitis, lack of positive culture indicating blood infection and meningitis and septicemia, no chromosomal anomalies, heart disease and cerebral hemorrhage (grade II and III) lack of sedative medications (such as phenobarbital, etc.) and full vigilance of the neonate hemoglobin not lower than 8 mg/dl and hematocrit not lower than 30 Iranian nationality written order of the physician in the case of oral feeding on the neonate Feeding them with breast milk or with milk enrichment; breast milk with formula

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parents refuse to continue in the study critical clinical Conditions that Prevents intervention neonate death

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Time to reaching full oral feeding. Timepoint: Daily measurements of the number of successful oral nourishment of the neonate until reaching 8 independent oral feeding per day. Method of measurement: By counting the number oral feeding.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Neonate weight. Timepoint: The first day of study and the day to get independent oral nutrition. Method of measurement: Seca digital scale.
