Control group: A placebo laser is irradiated with a passive probe. Three times a week for 4 weeks (12 sessions), irritate about 15 minutes.
Intervention group 1: Low-Level laser group with a wavelength of 650 nm, 50 mW, patients receiving lasers for 15 minutes each week for four weeks (12 sessions)
Intervention group 2: Laser infrared laserwith a wavelength of 820 nm, 100 mW, three times a week for 4 weeks (12 sessions) every 15 min lasers.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Having consent to participate in the plan; Patients aged 18 or over; At least 12 weeks have passed from their pain; Ability to work with the treatment group;Excusion criteria: Patients with dissatisfaction with participation in the plan; Patients with malignant disease ; Epididymitis; epididymal cysts; flanky pain; hydrocele; history of varicocele surgery; varicocele; neurological defects; abnormal laboratory findings; systemic or psychiatric illness; lack of response to traditional therapies;
