Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patients with active and traumatic CSF leakage and rhinorrhea who require surgical management, age between 18 to 80. Exclusion criteria: The patents who require other procedures such as osteotomy or bone graft, patients who do not follow up.
