Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: stomach or cardiac cancer; resectable locally advanced Timor (T3 or T4 with pricardial or pleural or diaphragmatic involvement, or N1 and more); no metastasis; ages 18_75; normal liver and renal function test; performance statues (ps) 0_1. Exclusion criteria: T1_2 N0, unresectable tumors(T4b); peritoneal or visceral metastasis; non regional lymph node extension such as paraaortic or mesantric; age 75; impaired liver or renal function test and PS 2 and more.
