Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: All Staff Nurses in the Medical Intensive Care Unit with Bachelor's degree and higher; Nurses who Have at least one year of work experience in the Medical Intensive Care Unit; Nurses who have not seen formal education in Emotional Intelligence; Nurses who have desire to participate in the research. Exclusion Criteria: Dissatisfaction from continued collaboration with the research for any reason and at each stage of the research; In an absentee of studied person from the educational workshop; Giving incomplete answer to the questionnaires; Occurring the abnormal stresses of 5 items of Holmes and Rahe Such as husband's death, divorce, ...
