30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Candidate for elective coronary artery bypass surgery Not having a history of cardiac arrhythmias No EF below 30% Not having severe aortic insufficiency Not having pacemaker No having a by procedure such as Valve replacement Emergency or not functioning again Not having severe renal failure and having no definitive stages of the disease and history of dialysis No use medications with an intervention to Procaine,for example ,anticholinsterase drugs such as Pridostigmine in myastenigravis or Sulfonamides antibiotics Not being sensitive to prokine or other local anesthetics

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Returning to the operation room due to hemorrhagia The death of patient after the operation.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Arrhythmia after the opening of the Aorta. Timepoint: At the beginning of the entrance to the operating room? clamping Aorta time, Declamping time,End of bypass pump,When entering ICU, After Extubation in the ICU. Method of measurement: Continuous ECG monitoring.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Volume of cardioplegia solution. Timepoint: between clamping and de-clamping of the aorta. Method of measurement: direct measuring of the prescribed solution.
