Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria:1-The case should be over 60 years of age. 2-The case should be diagnosed by the specialist or his/her family physician to have joint pain caused by osteoarthritis,patients should also be under treatment with medications or rehabilitation therapies.The diagnosis should be approved by an authorized orthopedist, and it should be according diagnostic criteria.more ever at the time of study the case must be disabled becaused of the joint pain. 3-According to the evaluation of the diagnostic comission of the Welfare State Organization and according to Barthel Index which is the index of activity daily livings,the case should be under semi-independent or dependent categories. 4-informed consent should be taken from the participants. 5-Older adults who do not use classical medications should be included in the study.Also if the scattered medications which are being used are cut,there should be no harm to the elderlies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.An elderly person with cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders 2-BMI> 35 3- Joint pain due to joint replacement. 4. Steroids injected into the joint or ozone within the joint in the last 2 months or oral steroid drugs. 5. Drug Addiction or Alcohol 6. Certain skin disease in the joints area 7-elderly person dismiss
