Intervention 1: The intervention group receives a full capsule of Maghreb flower every 3 to 30 minutes after full thinning and start of pain. Intervention 2: The control group received a placebo capsu

The intervention group receives a full capsule of Maghreb flower every 3 to 30 minutes after full thinning and start of pain.

The control group received a placebo capsule every 30 minutes to 3 times after full thinning and pain start.

25 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Entry criteria: Personal Satisfaction; Age under 75 and over 25 years old; Weight 40 to 120 kg. Exclusion criteria: history of surgery in the last three years; Physical and mental illness; Waltz's Drug Use; Receiving more than 2 micrograms per kilogram body weight of fentanyl or antimycotics as a precursor.
