Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age over 40 years FSH higher base12.5 IU/l One or more failed IVF/ICSI or less than 5 retrieved eggs or high FSH use for stimulation >3000 international units or low ovarian response to stimulation

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 40 years Male-related infertility First cycle of treatment Pelvic organ injuries, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, thyroid dysfunction, Cushing's syndrome, severe liver or kidney disease, or active peptic ulcer

Studying the effect of egg cytoplasm transfer on fertilization rate. Timepoint: 24 hours after sperm injection into the egg cytoplasm. Method of measurement: Inverted microscope.
