Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Mother's age 18 to 35 years; Pregnancy age 42-47 and semester; Having a live and monogamous baby; Baby weight between 2500 and 4000 gr; No prolonged laceration of the bag> 18 hours; Lack of Smoking and drugs; Having reading and writing skills; Women who have vaginal delivery through episiotomy are done; Women with degree of rupture of episiotomy in first and second grade; No apparent abnormalities in the baby. Exclusion criteria: Lived labor; Excessive bleeding after delivery; Recurrent vaginal and perineal surgery; Increased degree of episiotomy and grade 3 and 4 perineal rupture; Use of effective drugs for improvement Wounds (glucocorticoids, anticoagulants, immunosuppressants) and other antibiotics and chemotherapy and narcotic use; Dystocia of the shoulder) leading to exercises other than Mac Robert; Closeness to the end of the study in the first 10 days After delivery; Performing curettage in the first 24 hours after delivery; Undesirable incident in the first 10 days after delivery; Presence of fever
