Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Extremely high Thyroid stimulating hormon is greater than 10 and less than 0.1 Thyroid stimulating hormon All hemodialysis patients who under dialysis at least 6 months Patients' satisfaction with entering the study The absence of acute renal failure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: antioxidant consumption any infection during the study (Catheter infection, urinary tract infection, etc) getting cancer thyroid disease N-acethylcystein consumption of selenium-containing compounds taking thyroid hormones
