Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: complete consciousness; ability to read and write; being able to answer the questionnaire; having a cellphone and being able to use it; patients aged 40-60 years old. Exclusion criteria: unconsciousness; unstable health condition; being unintended to be involved in study; any reason which interrupts collaboration.
