Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Rotator cuff tendinitis; positive shoulder test including Neer, Hawkins or Yocum VAS>4 The willingness of patient to participate in the research project

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of rotator cuff tear History of diabetes mellitus, coagulation disorders, fractures, rheumatic diseases, tumors and active infections Shoulder injection in the last 3 months Intra-articular injection contraindications Corticosteroid or lidocaine injection contraindications Botulinum toxin A injection contraindications

Visual analog scale. Timepoint: Before injection, 2 weeks after injection, 2 month after injection. Method of measurement: Questionnaire.;Constant score.
