Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing living donor renal transplantation due to end-stage renal disease Patients aged 18-70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiovascular disease Preoperative hyperkalemia of > 5.5 mEq/L Using a blood transfusion during renal transplantation Metabolic acidosis with pH < 7.2 Dialysis after the surgery The duration of the operation more than four hours Deceased renal donor
