Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to the intensive care unit Age over 18 years The ability to breathe spontaneously with an average arterial pressure of less than 70 Patients with acute hypotension Not having symptoms of cardiovascular diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Poor view of echocardiography Connected to mechanical ventilation Patients receiving vasopressors or inotropes Patients with acute hemorrhagic symptoms Diastolic abnormalities in echocardiography Pulmonary hypertension primary in echocardiography Severe ascites Second and third trimester pregnant mothers
