Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients age are between 18 to70; Ability to read and write; Eagerness to participate in the study; Not taking part in other similar studies concurrently; Lack of addiction; self-report to participate in the study Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to follow the study; Inability to regularly take part in the educational session (not take part in two sessions)
