Inclusion criteria: 1. Complete Edentulism in lower jaw. 2. Alveolar bone resorption in mandible 3. Having at least 2 mm of residual bone in lower jaw

MeasureTime frame
Cell Migration. Timepoint: 3 and 7 days following end of treatment. Method of measurement: Flow cytometry.;Vestibule depth. Timepoint: pre treatment, 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 3 months following end of treatment. Method of measurement: with calliper with graduation of 0.1 millimetres.
