20 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Lumbosacral pain with radiation to below the knee, and irrespective of the aetiology (tumors and metastasis are excluded) Participants aged between 20-80 No precipitating or previous disease or condition, as MS or Guillain-Barre,..... Pain score more than 4 according to NRS schedule Pain course more than 3 months LBP with radiation to below the knee, leg pain more severe than LBP
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive disorders even with minor signs and symptoms and also patients with rheumatologic, neurologic, and any infectious disease like brucellosis. Patients with previous or current consumption of statins. Patients consuming Imidazoles, cimetidine, Amiodarone, sulfine pyrasone would be excluded for the possible interaction with rosuvastatin.
