Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria included: residence in the town of Kootabdollah, studying in fifth and sixth grades and willingness to participate in the study and exclusion criteria included: imperfect completion of questionnaires, lack of willing to continue to participate in the study and transfer to other schools.
