Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Complete and sign the consent form People aged 10 to 70 years Pass 5 months of damage limited range of motion of lower limb(Ankle,knee,pelvic)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: coagulation disorder use of anticoagulant drugs cardiopulmonary disease Failure to communicate and questionnaire completion history of allergy and allergic reaction to used drugs

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Spasticity score accordinge to ashworth scale. Timepoint: Before intervention? 24 hour? 3 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Spasticity score accordinge to ashworth scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Range of motion of lower limbs. Timepoint: Before intervention, 24 hours and 3 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Goniometer.
