Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Being a university student; non-use of antioxidant substances; non-use of multivitamins; informed consent to give blood samples; lack of specific disease. Exclusion criteria: Consumption of substances with antioxidant properties; smoking; dissatisfaction with giving samples of the second and third turns.
