An ethical empowerment program will be implemented in a 2-day workshop (6 hours a day) for the test group and the impact of this intervention will be measured after completing the moral distress quest
To the control group, training will be given on the signs and symptoms of moral distress and its complications through the presentation of a pamphlet. The moral distress questionnaire will be complete

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Criteria for entering the study:Inclination to participate in the study? Bachelor's degree and higher? He has at least 6 months work experience in intensive care units?Lack of company history in a class or workshop related to moral distress in the last year Exit criteria:Not having a willingness to continue to collaborate in research? Lack of regular attendance (at least 2 hours absence) in the training program
