Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Criteria for entering the study:Inclination to participate in the study? Bachelor's degree and higher? He has at least 6 months work experience in intensive care units?Lack of company history in a class or workshop related to moral distress in the last year Exit criteria:Not having a willingness to continue to collaborate in research? Lack of regular attendance (at least 2 hours absence) in the training program
