Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1- People aged 30-60 years with diabetes 2- Type 2 diabetes for more than 6 months 3-giving consent to participate in the study 4. Lack of severe or chronic illnesses, including heart disease and cancer 5. Ability to communicate 6-mastered in Persian 7. Control of diabetes with medication Exit criteria: 1. Non-cooperation of people in the research project 2. Failure to complete the questionnaire 3. Not attending even one of the training sessions 4. Failure to control diabetes despite medication

Self-care behaviors of type 2 diabetic patients. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately after the intervention and three months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities (SDSCA) questionnaire- Qualitative survey -Systematic review of texts.
