Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Criteria for entering the study: membership in the MS Society in Urmia and Diagnosis of MS by a neurologist; gaining an average score in the FSS, BDI-II questionnaire; minimum age 20 and maximum age 40; having literacy reading, writing, and ability to understand content; failure to receive psychological therapy since the diagnosis of the disease in the last 6 months (according to the patient); wish to attend group therapy sessions; no other psychiatric disorder; no harmful drug use; non other medical impairment. Exclusion criteria: participation in psychiatric intervention simultaneously with the implementation of the research; unwillingness to cooperate; the deterioration of the disease.
