Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: type 2 diabetes insulin free consumption restless leg syndrome, based on the questionnaire for 4 questions for screening restless leg syndrome Age between 18 and 65 years Learning and ability to do yoga exercises non-use of other therapies lack of other chronic diseases and heart disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any change in the general condition of the body during exercise unwillingness to continually perform exercises during the study reluctance to continue to participate in research having a mental disorder severe hypoglycemia?seizure? coma and death of the patient
