Intervention 1: Intervention group: Administration of 150 µg/kg intravenous Adenosine. Intervention 2: Control group: Administration of sublingual Nitroglycerine spray.

Inclusion criteria: Recurrent syncope with unknown cause

Exclusion criteria: Reversible airway obstruction
