Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:Lack of mental disability and verbal listening ability;Having at least six months of dialysis; Two or three times a week dialysis; Other chronic diseases other than illnesses; Dialysis; The patient or Family from The members of The health-care team are not health care;They have not seen their care recently or at the same time as implementing a formal education plan. Exclusion criteria: The occurrence or progression of the disease at the same time during the intervention; Patient and Family absences for more than one session
