Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: receive 100 micro gram of vitamin D daily for 3 months. Intervention 2: Intervention group 2: receive 100 micro gram of placebo daily for 3 months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes who have35-65 years . patients take oral hypoglycemic drugs metformin or sulphonylurea. patients have been diagnosed with at least two years. Patients do not take supplemental drugs. patients with BMI less than 30 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: do not use vitamin D ,vitamin B6 supplements or diets at least 4-6 weeks before the intervention.
